PDC Spas Review

Pros: Nice spa

Cons: If anything goes wrong customer service is terrible

Price Paid: $9000

Overall: Spa is OK, but the service from PDC has left a very bad taste.

Extended Review: 

I discovered a crack in my spa (it's < 9 months old). Getting the spa back to PDC was difficult, they expect the customer to pay for shipping back, even though the shell has failed.

Once the spa is bace at PDC they are very poor at keeping the customer informed what is going on. I clearly stated that if they repair the spa I do not expect to be able to tell it's been repaired.

Once the spa was finally returned, the repair was clearly visible, the repair feels rough, not like the rest of the shell, which is totally unacceptable on a product at this price.

Do not buy a PDC spa if you expect to have any factory support.
