Review:
The staff was great. They didn't do the used car salesman approch. They instead took time to educate us on the diffrent types of hot tubs and methodes used to build them.
We had all the chances to change what we didn't like and add what we did. Like we wanted lots of pressure in the jets so we took out the ones that nobody would really use and made sure we had the seats we were going to be using had them. We had our choice of color and style and all the available features, except for the no
maintenance cabinet. That was not an option. My husband wanted that so it would continue to look new without having to
re-stain it every year, but for the great price we got it was well worth it, and I do like it now that we have it the wood looks great.
It took about 2 weeks to get it but the delivery team put it right in the backyard and onto the deck like it was nothing. It was huge and
weighed almost 1000lbs. They had it hooked up and filled with water and running before my husband even got home from work. He was so
surprised that it was already to go except for being hot.
We have had it for 8 months and not one problem other than me trying to learn to maintain the water. My husband said that he was
surprised at the high quality we really got for the price.
The shell is sprayed then the plumbing was all left exposed so that we can get to it if there ever was a problem. Then they wrapped insulating foam all around the cabinet so it still has great insulating value. And I notice when they had it on it's side to go through the gate the bottom was
completely closed up. I like that so the bugs won't get in there.
I have been monitoring the electric bill and it is only been on average $14 higher
then before. and we use it at least 4 times a week. I think that the people at Oregon
spas have a great thing going for them and hope more people get the same great hot tub
experience that we had.
